Yes. You are free to list any property as you have all of the tools of a specialist real estate agency.
Yes and no. When you select the 80% plan or above you can list your rental properties online at no cost.
No. We only manage the trust account for sales.
No. We are very open with the fees we charge and they are detailed in the plans page.
You need a Salesperson certificate or a Full Real Estate Licence. We offer a discount for upgrades with our preferred training partner.
For agents on a Salesperson Certificate we are legally obliged to pay your tax and super on your behalf. For Full Licence holders you can take care of your own tax & super.
You are free to charge any commission rate. The average is currently around 2.75% + gst.
No. In fact, we have created the 60% plan for those Managers that may only sell one property a year.
Yes. We have a wide range of upgrades including photography, floorplans, website upgrades and signage. These are all charged to the Owner at our cost price.
No. The Owner is required to pay for their own photography. It is usually around $150 for high quality photos.
